What are your heated vests made of?

Our heated vests are made from a blend of polyester and polyamide. These materials give each vest a thin, lightweight body that’s resistant to both wind and water.

How are they operated?

Each of our heated vests has an easily accessible push button that controls its heat. All you have to do is turn on the USB powered battery then press the button to set your vest temperature to a low, medium, or high heat setting.

How do I clean my vest?

Our heated vests are easy to clean. Simply remove the battery and either wash it by hand or on a gentle machine cycle. Be sure to avoid bleaching and ironing, as these processes can ruin your vest.

How are your heated vests powered?

Each garment is powered by a single, standard rechargeable battery (min. 5,000 mAh, 5 V, 2 A). The battery sits in an internal zippered pocket and is connected by a built-in USB cable.

Can I use my own battery to power a vest?

Yes, you can use your own battery. But if you don’t have one, we offer batteries as well.

How long does one full battery charge last?

The operating life of one of our heated vests depends on the heat setting you select and the battery you use. A single charge of our standard rechargeable battery will provide two continuous hours of high heat, four continuous hours of medium heat, and six continuous hours of low heat.

How can I use my vest?

Since they’re lightweight and come in a variety of styles, the applications of our heated vests are truly endless. For instance, you can use our camouflage vest for hunting, our silver vest for running or jogging, or one of our blue or black vests for home or work.

What is your return policy?

As a part of our Quality Guarantee, you can return your vest within 30 days of your initial purchase – no questions asked. We will require you to pay the return shipping. In cases where the 30-day period has been surpassed, you can reach out to our customer service team for more information.

Do you accept exchanges?

Yes. If you are unsatisfied with your product, you can exchange it for a new one within 30 days of your initial purchase as a part of our Quality Guarantee. We will require you to pay the return shipping, but we will pay to ship your exchange. In all other cases, our customer service team can provide more specific guidance.

All of the payments we receive are facilitated by a third-party processor, meaning that your transactions will always be secure.
